Rush Service (Three attempts over 3 days) - Price Listed is Per Party Served:

• SERVICE AREA #1 - Santa Cruz City, UCSC, Live Oak, Soquel Village, Capitola = $83.00

• SERVICE AREA #2 - Scotts Valley, Felton, Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, Aptos, Soquel Hills, Freedom, Corralitos, Watsonville = $105.00

• SERVICE AREA #3 - Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, Northern Parts of Bonny Doon, Areas north of Felton and Scotts Valley = $145.00

Clutch Courier's bonded and licensed Process Servers have over 25 years of combined legal expertise.   From the day we receive your documents our couriers will make three attempts, on three separate days, and three different times of day, at the address you have provided.  For service at residential locations we generally make one attempt before 9am, one after 6pm, and one around midday.  For service at a business location we will make three attempts during business hours each attempt will be on different days and be at least two hours apart. 

Once your service is complete Clutch Courier will complete a proof of service for you (or complete one you provide) and if we unable to serve your target we will provide you with a declaration of due diligence stating our attempts to complete the service and what happened during each attempt.   We can file these documents for you at any Santa Cruz County Courthouse for an additional $15.00.
